Research profile and current projects

Much of this work tested theories of war and peace through historical case studies, with a focus on Russian foreign policy in the Concert of Europe (1815-54). In more recent papers, he has examined the ethics of climate change. At present, his research focuses on the philosophy and politics of existential risk.
