In her article for Internationale Politik, Sabine Mokry analyzes China’s security policy entanglements with other autocracies. Unlike Western alliances, these relationships are based on long-term security-related interactions and can be categorized into five types. In light of changing geopolitical conditions, Mokry identifies a need for Europe to take action.
