Franziska Stärk argues in Global Policy that both climate change and nuclear weapons pose similar moral dilemmas with respect to future generations. She concludes that intergenerational nuclear injustice is particularly hard to recognize and address, as it stands out for its unpredictable timeline and distinct risk trajectory, resilient incentive structures, and waning public attention.
